Today we reported on the numerous leaks regarding Netflix’s list of upcoming animated films. In the last few hours Arcane Season 2 was among the leaked titles, and the leaks have now expanded to live-action titles, with seven episodes of Heart Stopper be shared online.
As with the leaked animation projects, we won’t be revealing any major details about where you can find said leaks and strongly advise against looking for them. Hundreds of actors and crew members come together to put on a show and seeing their work in an unfinished state is not only a bad experience but, worse, disrespectful to the blood, sweat and tears that go into your favorite shows.
The source of the leaks is still unknown, although we’re told it comes from an outside provider. The videos are then uploaded to forums and temporary video hosting sites. Most of the videos we’ve seen are hosted on a specific website, which notes in its FAQs that it’s forbidden to “upload entire anime episodes or full episodes of TV shows to their service.”
None of the cast and crew have commented publicly on the leaks yet, but we will update this post if that changes.
Netflix declined to comment publicly when we reached out to the company today.
