New Walk of Champions time

New for 2024 – The Alabama Crimson Tide will arrive for the Walk of Champions 2.5 hours prior to kickoff. Following the Walk of Champions, fans will be asked to visit the Vector Security Champions Lane before the gates open two hours prior to kickoff.

Vector Security Champions Lane

Vector Security Champions Lane, a pregame expansion of Crimson Tide Sports Marketing’s Fan Fest, will return to Crimson Tide fans in 2024 and will be located just outside the northwest gates on the turf behind the Tuska statue.

The centerpiece of Champions Lane is the concert stage, which hosts free live music performances before each home game. Highlights this season include performances by country superstars Lauren Alaina on Sept. 28 before the game against Georgia and Easton Corbin on Oct. 26 before the game against Missouri.

Champions Lane improvements for 2024 include a new shaded seating area directly in front of the stage, a 32-foot-long, two-story, climate-controlled spectator suite with premium views of the stage and Walk of Champions, and a new entrance on University Blvd., presented by Vector Security.

Visit Champions Lane up to four hours before each home game to discover the best food trucks from across Alabama, a 21-and-over lounge with no admission fee, interactive displays, four giant LED video walls where fans can watch other college football games live and the autograph tent for Crimson Tide student-athletes. For a complete list of appearances, autographs and other news throughout the season, visit ChampionsLane.com.

Concession updates

To drive service improvements starting in 2023, 100 new point-of-sale devices and six new locations have been added throughout the concourse. Additionally, the “Fan Favorite” stands will now offer a loaded Philly Cheesesteak Nacho.

Improvements to the merchandise stand

Fans who want to purchase Alabama merchandise on-site without having to lug their items around the stadium can scan QR codes located throughout the concourse to have items shipped directly to their home. Fans can also visit Level 8 of the North Endzone Upper Deck (behind Section NN10) to purchase hats from Rank + Rally’s new hat machine inside the stadium.

Limited Edition YETI Mug

Limited edition Alabama YETI tumblers will be available again this fall exclusively at Vector Security Champions Lane, as well as at merchandise booths outside and inside the venue, while supplies last. Tumblers are $49.95 and include a free non-alcoholic beverage of your choice.

Fans will again be asked to pass through the first security checkpoint they encounter as they approach the stadium. Once inside the area, ticket holders can then proceed to their assigned gate. To ease congestion on the southeast and southwest spirals, an update in 2024 will be to move the security areas in the south to the access point at Gate 34 (The Authentic).

ALL-IN-1 Pass returns in 2024

Season ticket holders can once again use the ALL-IN-1 mobile ticket function this year. ALL-IN-1 is a smart ticket that simplifies the digital wallet experience.

And this is how it works:

  • All season tickets, season meal tickets and season parking tickets are eligible for ALL-IN-1.
  • Add each ALL-IN-1 ticket once per seat to your digital wallet
  • After the game, the ALL-IN-1 Pass will automatically update to the next event of the season.
  • The ALL-IN-1 Pass will also be updated when tickets are transferred, and you can continue to transfer and manage eligible tickets through My Account.

SeatGeek partnership continues

As a reminder, SeatGeek is the official ticket marketplace of Alabama Athletics with direct integration to list and sell your ticket on RollTide.com/MyAccount. SeatGeek is a growing leader in the ticketing industry with technological advancements and a mindset that puts fans first. SeatGeek helps you price your tickets, lets you know when they’ve sold, transfers them to the buyer, and sends you your payout within 48 hours of the event. All tickets listed on SeatGeek are fully verified and delivered seamlessly.

While it’s nothing new, it’s important to remind fans of our Guest Services Center. Alabama Athletics is committed to providing an exceptional experience to all guests who visit us. Our Guest Services Center is available to assist with facility/custody issues, lost and found items, missing children, guest feedback, directions to the stadium and general information. The Helpline will be active throughout the event five hours prior to kickoff. Fans can call or text 205-348-5620 to report issues or request information.
