The application was submitted within the initial 90-day deadline set by the Ministry of Finance’s SPA, ensuring that Novibet is among the priority candidates for licensing and is expected to receive approval by January 1, 2025.
This move comes as the Brazilian online gaming sector prepares for a full-scale market entry following the release of the latest regulatory resolutions.
A total of 17 companies are registered on the Sigap website: Kaizen (Betano), SuperBet, King of Pitaco, Sportingbet, Great Brazil (Caesars Sports Betting), NSX (Betnacional, Mr. Jack and PagBet), KTO, Betsson, galera.beT, F12, SportyBet, EstrelaBet, Real, Betfair, OIG, HiperBet and now Novibet.
