Donna Jean Mediate, 79, of North Huntingdon, died at home on Thursday, August 22, 2024. Donna was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church and worked as a hair stylist for nearly 60 years. She loved the beach, enjoyed visiting the casino and playing bingo, cooking and baking, and most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her family was her life. Donna was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel (Wilt) Dedo, and her brother, Bud Watkins. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Joseph Mediate, her sons, Joseph Mediate (Stephanie) and Marc Mediate (Heather), and her grandchildren, Jacob, Caitlin, Camryn, and Owen. She also leaves behind her sister, Jackie Montgomery (Bill), and her nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, August 25, 2024, from 2 to 6 p.m. at OTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 805 Pennsylvania Ave., Irwin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 10 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, North Huntingdon. Mass attendees should proceed directly to the church.
