On August 11, Porsha Williams shared the heartbreaking news that her cousin Yolanda “Londie” Favors, who was on Porsha’s family mattershad died.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta The cast member made the announcement in an Instagram post that included a photo of Londie, along with the date of her death and a quote that read, “Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure and you will be loved beyond words and missed forever.”
Porsha included the quote in her caption and added another one attributed to EA Bucchianeri: “So it’s true, at the end of the day, grief is the price we pay for love.”

From there, Porsha began an emotional tribute to her cousin. “Londie – you were our best friend, our sister, our aunt, our cousin and so much more… The impact and appreciation you showed us all during your time here was tremendous, but we know your spirit will be with us every day, guiding us through this difficult time and what is yet to come.”
Porsha added that her family is “forever grateful” to Londie. “Love you always, dear little cousin,” she concluded. “Rest in peace.”
Bravolebs pay their last respects to Porsha Williams’ cousin Londie
Several Bravolebs left supportive comments, including Phaedra Parks, who like Porsha will return to RHOA for season 16. “My sincere condolences to you and your family,” she wrote. “There’s an old saying, ‘Only the good die young,’ and Londie was better than good, she was great! May God be pleased with her works and may you always find peace, understanding and joy unspeakable.”
Kandi Burruss added, “She was a wonderful person! I am sorry for her loss,” while Cynthia Bailey noted, “Wow. Heartbroken. Saw her just a few weeks ago at your event. She gave me a big hug. She was always so kind, sweet and full of love. She will be missed by all of us. Sending my warmest and deepest condolences to the family. I am so sorry for your loss.”
Porsha’s sister Lauren Williams shared the same photo of Londie on her own feed, as well as a video compilation of some of their happy moments together. The caption of the latter post read, “Yolanda Elisabeth Lacenia Favors. We were meant to grow old together. Soulmates from day one. From babies to adults(.) What do I do without you?”
Porsha, for her part, left a comment with a red heart emoji on the post.
