The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has officially confirmed the fixtures for the highly anticipated 2024/25 Betway Premiership season.
The Betway Premiership starts on the weekend of September 14 and 15, 2024. There will be six matches on the opening day on Saturday, September 14, with two more matches scheduled for Sunday, September 15.
The season opener will be a thrilling Tshwane derby, pitting defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns against city rivals SuperSport United. Other key games on Saturday afternoon include Royal AM vs Cape Town City, Orlando Pirates vs Chippa United and Marumo Gallants vs Kaizer Chiefs.
On Saturday night, Polokwane City face AmaZulu FC, while Sekhukhune United host newly promoted Magesi FC in the first Limpopo derby of the season. On Sunday, Richards Bay FC take on TS Galaxy, followed by a clash between Stellenbosch FC and Lamontville Golden Arrows to round off the opening weekend.
The final block of Betway Premiership matches is scheduled for Saturday, May 24, 2025.

Alternative Dates: The term “Alt.” next to a match indicates an alternative date for member clubs participating in CAF inter-club competitions. If a member club has a CAF Champions League or Confederations Cup match scheduled on the same day or weekend as a Betway Premiership match, the Betway Premiership match will be moved to the alternative date.
