RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A new complex with affordable housing has been built in Riviera Beach.
The Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development announced that Berkeley Landing Apartments has reached a milestone with the grand opening of its new 112-unit multifamily community at 3100 Broadway in Riviera Beach.
This development includes 110 affordable housing units and two market rate units connected to ground floor live/work spaces overlooking Broadway.
The new development is intended to meet the community’s urgent need for diverse housing options.

The project is intended to play a central role in Riviera Beach’s “Reimagine Riviera Beach” initiative, which aims to create high-quality, affordable housing within reach of world-class recreational amenities, health services, jobs, educational facilities and more, according to the Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development.
