San Ramon City Council considers presentation by Community College District officials

Representatives of the Contra Costa Community College District will attend the next regular meeting of the San Ramon City Council to give a presentation to city officials and community members on the state of the district.

CCCCD Chancellor Mojdeh Mehdizadeh and Diablo Valley College President Susan Lamb will deliver the informational presentation.

The San Ramon City Council meets on Tuesday (August 13) at 7 p.m. The agenda can be found here.

In other business areas

*The Council is expected to issue a proclamation recognizing the San Ramon Valley Islamic Center and the city’s Muslim community as a whole for their contributions to the local community.

*The Council is expected to issue a proclamation declaring August 21 as National Senior Citizens Day.

*The Council is expected to issue a proclamation declaring August 31 as International Overdose Awareness Day.

*Lauren Barr, Planning Services Manager, will deliver a presentation on the department’s annual review.
