THIS is the disturbing moment a mother caught a creepy hotel employee sneaking into her room and stealing her panties.
Rara Armstrong, a 39-year-old British woman, was on holiday in Benidorm with her 11-year-old son and was horrified when she filmed the thief rummaging through her bag of dirty laundry.
The mother of one said she felt “hurt” by the man’s behaviour and demanded that the creepy receptionist be brought to justice.
Rara from Gloucestershire claims she horror The ordeal began when she checked into the Ambassador Playa II hotel for a family vacation.
At the reception, she said, she was approached by a male receptionist who invited her for a drink and then tried to get her phone number.
Rara was astonished by the employee’s unprofessionalism, refused and went back to her room.
She later claimed that the man had searched for her on OnlyFans, where she has an active account, and followed her page.
Rara says that despite the alarm bells, she has not filed a formal complaint as she missed the first day of the the holidays for her son.
As the days went by, Rara continued to feel like the employee was watching her and even specifically asked him to “leave her alone.”
Messages published by Rara show conversations between the two. In one, for example, he calls her “really sexy,” while in another the man says he is “not a stalker.”
On the last day of the five-day trip, he reportedly tried to apologise submissively by sending a bottle of Prosecco to her room.
Rara says she felt like he came into her room while they were on their way to deliver the bottle in person.
I felt terrible, I felt so hurt

She was worried about how easily he could get into the room, so she set up a camera to make sure they were left alone.
Rara used her son’s iPad to film the door to their room before they went out in the evening.
Just 15 minutes into the night, a man was captured on video sneaking into the room.
A disturbing video shows the employee walking in wearing a shirt and pants and apparently searching through Rara’s belongings out of view of the camera.
The horrified mother says since it was the last day, most of her dirty clothes were packed and ready to leave the house. next Day.
Further footage shows the unnamed man holding a pair of black panties in his hand and bringing them to his face several times.
The receptionist constantly rummages through the bags and even goes into what looks like the bathroom during his nearly two-minute search of Rara’s room.
Then he stuffs the underwear into his bag and sneaks out of the room, embarrassed.
Of the moment she watched the horrifying video again, Rara said: “I felt horrible, I felt so violated. I was there with my son and this man was supposed to be (a member of) staff.”
“He just comes in and starts rummaging through my things. Then he disappears from the picture and there’s a rustling sound.
“He went through my laundry bag, pulled out a thong I had been wearing and started sniffing it.
“He keeps sniffing, I don’t know what he’s looking for.
“When he left, he put it in his back pocket. It was crazy. I didn’t expect anything like that.”
Rara says she first became really concerned about the male employee when she realized he had found her OnlyFans account just hours into her stay.
Rara explained: “He looked me up online. I said, ‘This makes me really uncomfortable and it’s really unprofessional.’
“I’m here with my son and this is not acceptable and he said, ‘Oh, I’m so sorry, please don’t tell anyone.’
“I said I wouldn’t do it, but please leave me alone.”
After noticing the bottle of wine in her room, Rara wrote to the man again to ask if he was responsible.
He reportedly replied, “Yeah, I just wanted to apologize for upsetting you.”
Rara said she felt “really hurt and scared” knowing how easily he got into the room.
The concerned mother says she reported the man based on the footage when she returned home to the UK and LoveHolidays, through whom she booked the trip, has apologised.
They also told her that the hotel immediately fired the man the next morning.
However, they say they cannot reimburse Rara for travel expenses or offer compensation because she did not report the incident to them or the police before leaving Benidorm.
Rara claims she had to wait until her flight landed because she didn’t review the footage until the day of her flight home.
Fearing that the report would take some time, the mother decided to wait so as not to miss her flight home.
My advice to others would be to be really vigilant. If someone is acting creepy towards you, report them immediately

The mother now wants to warn other women: In order to outwit “scoundrels” on vacation, they should report any concerns immediately.
She also advised more women to set up cameras if they suspect something is wrong.
Rara continued: “The hotel says they told me to call the police and I refused, which is a blatant lie.
“They basically told me not to show the video to anyone. It was a real nightmare trying to get any kind of justice out of it.”
“My advice to others would be to be really vigilant. If someone is acting weird towards you, report them immediately.
“And maybe you should record your room, that seems like a good idea, then you’ll have evidence and the hotel can’t deny that it happened.”
The Sun has contacted the Ambassador Hotel Playa II for comment.
A spokesperson for LoveHolidays said they could not offer compensation as no report had been made to the police.
The spokesman said: “We are deeply sorry to hear of Ms Armstrong’s experiences while on holiday.
“Unfortunately, we were only informed about the incident while she was on holiday and were therefore unable to provide her with any support or advice on how to report it to the police during her stay.
“We have fully investigated the issue with the hotel and are confident that appropriate action has been taken to ensure this does not happen again.”
