A unique wine tasting experience

Sorted Food, along with The Online Wine Tasting Club, have put together a unique experience that is perfect for those new to wine tasting. Participants will receive a case of six wines delivered straight to their door, which they can taste live with the Sorted Food team on Friday 13 September at 7pm on the Sorted Food YouTube channel. The event costs £29.95 per case. With 85% of the Sorted Food community being aged between 18 and 45, this event aims to introduce a younger audience to the joys of wine.

The founders of Sorted Food will guide attendees through the wines and provide essential knowledge and vocabulary to help casual wine drinkers understand the styles and grapes they enjoy. They will offer tips on what to look for when buying wine and how to make an informed choice at a restaurant. The live event format allows attendees to ask questions and share their opinions in the comments section.

Jamie Spafford, co-founder of Sorted Food, comments: “As part of our mission to ‘turn the world of food and drink on its head’, we know that wine can be intimidating. There is a lot to learn about the different grapes, regions and combinations. Chef Ben, one of our co-founders, has studied the subject extensively and is keen to pass on his knowledge. We thought there was no better way to do this than to invite our community to a tasting where they can enjoy the wines too!”

Alex and Jamie, founders of the Online Wine Tasting Club, add: “As huge fans of Sorted Food, we are incredibly excited about this new partnership. We hope it will bring the fun and variety of wine tasting to a younger audience.”
