Featuring performances by Any Color You Like and INOHA, Summer Night City saw one of our largest attendances of the season with nearly 300 people in attendance at the Malú and Carlos Alvarez Theater & Studio at TPR Headquarters. Summer Night City is TPR’s free live concert series held every Thursday night in June and July. Each week, two artists take the stage and play for the community, accompanied by food trucks, beverages, and local vendors from Last Chance Market. Hailing from San Antonio, Any Color You Like is taking the South Texas music scene by storm with their combination of indie, prog, alternative and psychedelic fusion that makes up their unrivaled style. They strive to take listeners on a sonic journey, with intricate rock epics, rousing guitar solos, sweaty saxophone melodies and delicate violin harmonies. They are also no stranger to good old indie soul jams. They are currently playing in the greater San Antonio and Austin area. Formed in 2023, INOHA has since grown exponentially in popularity with fanbases beyond the Alamo City, such as in Los Angeles, Chicago, and across the pond in London. Featuring striking vocals, complex guitar work, solid basslines, and lyrics that stick in your head, the indie rock band creates a fresh take on the indie rock genre with sounds that will entice any music lover to stop and listen to a track or two.
