The veteran rapper went live on Instagram earlier this week to document his experience on an American Airlines flight to Dallas. The video begins with Juvie claiming they tried to kick him off the plane, but he later clarifies that they tried to remove him from first class. In the video, he can be heard saying he’s a celebrity while his wife tries to explain that they were sitting in their assigned seats. Juvenile was clearly fed up.
“I’m telling you, there will be consequences,” Juvie said. “There will be consequences because I’m getting off the plane. I’m not going to let you disrespect me like that. I’m not going to let you single me out of all the people on the plane and disrespect me.”
Juvenile and his wife both left the plane after the disagreement. His wife’s seat was not affected by the change, but they decided to leave the plane anyway. When they reached the car, Juvenile was still angry about what had happened. He even bragged about the amount he had spent on American Airlines in the past, claiming he felt “taken advantage of.” According to TMZJuvie was able to book a re-flight with another airline so he could arrive on time for his tour stop in Fort Worth on Wednesday evening.
“Fuck American Airlines, all the money I spent on you bitches…fuck all of you,” he said.
American Airlines apologized for Juvenile’s experience and personally contacted the rapper to resolve the issue. According to the airline representative, “an unplanned aircraft type change impacted his seat assignment and we regret that he was not informed of this prior to boarding.”
