The latest season of “The Simpsons” and all new episodes are coming to Disney+

Season 35 of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie comes to Disney+ on October 2nd with some brand new surprises.

At Disney’s D23 fan event this weekend, the creators of The Simpsons announced the news that four exclusive new episodes of The Simpsons will also be available on Disney+ in the coming months.

Season 35 of The Simpsons was originally scheduled to air on Fox in October 2023, with the 18th and final episode of the season airing in May 2024.

Two of the brand new episodes of The Simpsons are a two-part Christmas special titled “O C’mon All Ye Faithful” and will be released on the streaming service on December 17, just in time for the 35th anniversary of the original Simpsons Christmas special, which aired on December 17, 1989.

At D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event “The Simpsons” announced that the 35th season of the hit animated series will premiere on October 2nd on Disney+.

The titles of the other brand new episodes are “The Past and the Furious” and “Yellow Plane”.

Additionally, Disney+ will air a Simpsons Halloween short this October to kick off the spooky season in Springfield style.

“The Simpsons” holds the record for the longest-running scripted prime-time show in television history and has won 37 Emmys and a Peabody Award.

Other big announcements during the Disney fan event weekend included the reveal of the title “Freaky Friday,” the sequel to “Freakier Friday,” a trailer for the upcoming “Moana 2,” the first trailer for the live-action remake of “Snow White,” a new trailer for “Mufasa: The Lion King,” and more.
