Bravo has announced the premiere date for The Real Housewives of New York Season 15 with a dramatic trailer that hints at many shocking moments.
In the preview, fans are introduced to the newest addition: Rebecca Minkoff. “I know your name like Coca-Cola,” Uba Hassan remarks when she meets the fashion designer. Brynn Whitfield also explains who the new cast member is, making a shady comment. “Have you ever heard of her? If you’ve just been to Nordstrom Rack, you’ve probably seen her stuff.”
Another new face in the cast is model and curator Racquel Chevremont, the second queer housewife to join the cast. RHONY. “Uh-oh, Jenna (Lyons) has competition,” Whitfield jokes during a confessional. Lyons, who made history as the show’s first openly queer star, even admits to having a bit of a crush on Chevremont. “I can’t deny that Racquel is hot,” she tells Hassan over FaceTime. It seems Lyons is no longer on the market, though, as she shows off her huge engagement ring.
This season, Lyons also clashed with Sai De Silva. “I heard you’re going to therapy,” the former J. Crew boss tells De Silva during a late-night outing. “Fuck off,” the influencer remarks. “Not today, Satan. Not today.”
In further drama, Erin Lichy appears to have discovered explosive information that could put a strain on her marriage to Abe. “You lied to me, that sucks,” she tells him over dinner. She is then shown talking to Whitfield about her marital problems, admitting, “It’s upsetting me and I’m just not OK.”
Another argument breaks out as Hassan and Whitfield also clash. “Darling, google my name. Naomi (Campbell) wants, Gisele (Büdchen) wants,” the model says to Whitfield by the pool of a villa. In another scene from the vacation, Whitfield says to her: “You’re insane; you’re modeling for Dress Barn!”
The trailer also hints that one of the actresses is unintentionally pregnant. “Is she pregnant again?” asks Whitfield. Lichy confirms: “That’s why she doesn’t drink.” Jessel Taank then tells her mother that the unknown woman “had this wild night and ended up getting pregnant by another guy.”
Season 15 of RHONY Premiere on October 1st.
