Trump and Musk interview postponed as X users cannot see it after “attack” – live

Elon Musk has announced that his interview with Donald Trump will not take place as originally planned.

The couple wanted to broadcast a live interview on the social media platform X, but then there were apparently technical problems at the event.

Musk later wrote that the delays were the result of a “massive DDOS attack on 𝕏.”

“We are working to end it. In a worst-case scenario, we will continue with a smaller number of live listeners and publish the conversation later.”

The highly anticipated interview between Elon Musk and Donald Trump seemed to be plagued by technical problems even before it began.

The live session was scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern Time, but the “X Spaces” link posted by Trump’s account said “details unavailable.”

Social media users also reported difficulties accessing the interview.

Government investigators and regulators are closely watching whether the world’s richest man may be defrauding voters while his social media platform is flooded with misinformation.

Vice President Kamala Harris has now received the endorsement of President Joe Biden, making it all but certain that she will be at the top of the Democratic Party’s ticket to face Donald Trump in the November election.

But how would Harris actually fare against Trump?

A recent New York Times/Siena A July 12 poll found that Trump is narrowly ahead of Biden in the national polls and could win in November.

However, compared to Harris, the Vice President was one point ahead of Trump, according to the same poll.

Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted the former president on 37 counts in June last year. Trump pleaded not guilty to all counts.

Now Trump’s lawyers are arguing that the Justice Department raid was conducted with the “clear intent of political persecution,” according to a memo first obtained by Fox News.

He has created his own personal echo chamber, which now reaches tens of millions of users every day and provides the platform for Donald Trump’s return to promoting his presidential campaign.

It was part of a long post accusing Kamala Harris and her campaign of “fraud.” He falsely claimed – despite the evidence – that she used artificial intelligence to create a “false crowd image” that suggested high voter turnout when in reality “no one was there.”

Mr Trump even pointed to what he considered proof. The fraud was “later confirmed by the reflection of the mirror-like surface of the Vice President’s plane,” he posted.
