Trump’s War Department releases racist ‘Third World’ meme: PHOTOS

After “Trump War Room,” an official social media account of former President Donald Trump’s campaign, posted a racist meme claiming that Vice President Kamala Harris would ruin “your neighborhood” by “importing the Third World,” people quickly posted reminders of what life was like during Trump’s first term.

The side-by-side images, captioned “Your Neighborhood Under Trump” and “Your Neighborhood Under Kamala,” show a peaceful residential street next to a 2023 Getty photo of recent immigrants to the United States sitting outside New York’s Roosevelt Hotel waiting for temporary housing.

That post came after Trump – who had previously said his administration would begin mass deportations if he won the White House – told X owner Elon Musk that undocumented immigrants “are criminals making our criminals look like nice people.” The interview made headlines because it was plagued by technical problems.

The article contained the following headline:

“Import the Third World. Become the Third World.”

Nevertheless, it should be pointed out again that life under Trump, no matter what the meme may say, was no picnic.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began in Trump’s final year in office, well over 1.2 million Americans have died. Many of these people could have been saved if Trump’s administration had taken the situation seriously from the start.

Many prominent Trump surrogates downplay the fact that Trump raged against shutdowns, attacked health professionals, frequently undermined the efforts of the White House Covid-19 task force and openly spread conspiracy theories about the virus and the vaccination campaign that were embraced by his supporters, thus hindering the country’s ability to recover from the economic shock of the pandemic.

Supply chain shortages also occurred due to disruptions caused by Covid-19. At the height of the pandemic in spring 2020, millions of people were unable to find a single roll of toilet paper anywhere for several weeks. This was at least partly the result of panic buying as state and local governments imposed lockdowns that were largely ignored by Trump’s supporters.

People were quick to point out how inaccurate the Trump campaign meme actually is.

Racism, of course, is nothing new for Trump, who last year claimed that immigrants were “poisoning the blood of our country,” echoing fascists like the genocidal Adolf Hitler, who wrote in his book “Anemia.” My struggle.

Harris’ supporters have accused the Trump campaign of resorting to racist stereotypes because of her Tamil Indian and Afro-Jamaican heritage. Harris recently criticized Trump’s claim that she “turned black by accident,” suggesting in remarks that she “suddenly made a turn” in her ethnic identity, which he made at the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) convention in Chicago.

The New York Times Recently, it was reported that Republican donors and Trump advisers had urged him to focus on criticizing Harris’ policies and sticking to her message rather than repeatedly questioning her ethnic identity as he has done over the past two weeks, fearing his rhetoric could alienate voters.
