Angry passenger throws computer at Frontier agent
A Frontier Airlines passenger missed her flight at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and took out her anger on Frontier employees behind the check-in counter.
CHICAGO – An angry woman who allegedly missed her flight was filmed jumping behind the Frontier Airlines check-in counter and throwing computers at staff.
The shocking video was filmed by another traveler at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport on July 30. The traveler who took the video told Storyful that the woman missed her flight and “freaked out” because staff wouldn’t let her board.
The woman is seen jumping over the baggage carousel and charging toward a Frontier Airlines employee while yelling at her. When another airline employee intervened and pushed the woman back, she grabbed a computer monitor from the Frontier check-in counter and threw it toward the employees, hitting one of them.
She then threw a second Frontier monitor on the floor, climbed back over the counter and yelled “idiot!” at the employees. The woman then fled the scene.

Frontier Airlines reached out to Chicago police for comment. Police said officers are investigating and have identified the 31-year-old woman, but no arrests have been made.
In 2022, a mother was arrested in a similar incident at Miami International Airport.

Miami-Dade police said Camilia McMillie, of Birmingham, was en route to New York City and had checked in for her flight after missing her previous flight and being rebooked.
“While the suspect was with the gate agent, her two minor children left without notice to use the nearby restrooms,” police said in a statement. “When the suspect realized the children were not with her, she became angry and began screaming. She demanded that the gate agent find her children.”
Investigators said McMillie then “ripped the boarding pass reader off the wooden counter, damaging the device and the counter surface,” and “while continuing to scream, she grabbed the computer monitor and threw it at the gate agent, striking her in the shoulder.”
A Video recorded by a witness shows the gate agent – wearing festive reindeer antlers – ducking for cover as the monitor is thrown in her direction. Other footage purports to show McMillie throwing electronic devices to the ground.
