Wynonna Judd’s daughter arrested again, new charges loom

Wynonna Judd’s daughter, 28-year-old Grace Kelley, has been arrested for the second time since April.

ET reports that Kelley was arrested in Carroll County, Georgia, on August 3. She was booked into the Carroll County Jail on three misdemeanor charges: fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and improper use of motorcycle equipment.

According to police documents, the ET, Kelley was released from jail the day after her arrest on $2,750 bail.

Grace Pauline Kelley – one of two children Judd has with her ex-husband Arch Kelley III – has a long history of legal troubles. In early April, she was arrested and charged with public nuisance and obstruction of governmental operations. A third charge, solicitation of prostitution, was added a few days later.

During that arrest, Kelley was stopped by authorities in Millbrook, Alabama, after exposing her breasts and lower body at the intersection of Interstate 64 and Highway 14. Further reports indicated that she refused to identify herself or comply with orders from police officers on the scene. She said she sat down in the street and refused to cooperate.

Kelley’s legal troubles date back to 2015, when she was arrested in Nashville and charged with manufacturing meth, Fox News reports. In 2018, she was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating probation. ET reports that she was released on parole in 2019, but was arrested again for violating parole in August 2021. She was released again in December 2022; in May 2023, she was arrested again for violating parole and violating a protection order.

Kelley was most recently released on parole in October 2023.
