Wynonna Judd’s daughter arrested on three charges

Grace Kelley, the 28-year-old daughter of country star Wynonna Judd, was arrested in Georgia last week on three misdemeanor charges.

According to Carroll County Jail records, Kelley was arrested on Aug. 3 on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, improper use of motorcycle equipment and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. She was released a day later on $2,750 bail.

Billboard has reached out to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department and Judd’s representatives for additional information.

In April, Kelley, who Judd shares with her ex-husband Arch Kelley III, was taken into custody at the Elmore County Jail after she allegedly “exposed her breasts and lower body” at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook, Alabama, and then refused to identify herself to police. She was subsequently charged with public nuisance and obstruction of governmental operations, and her bail was set at $1,000.

Kelley already has a long history of legal troubles, dating back to 2016, when she was arrested for meth possession. In 2018, she was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating her probation and leaving a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program.

She was reportedly released from prison in late 2022, but was then arrested and incarcerated in May 2023 for violating a protective and restraining order and probation. The Daily Beast. She was released just five months later in October 2023.

Kelly also gave birth to a daughter named Kaliyah Chanel while on temporary leave from prison in March 2022.
