Wynonna Judd‘s daughter Grace Pauline Kelly was charged with a misdemeanor following her arrest earlier this month.
According to the Elmore County Sheriff’s website, the 27-year-old is charged with solicitation of prostitution, public nuisance and obstruction of governmental operations. Her bail is set at $2,000.
We weekly confirmed on April 5 that Kelley was arrested in Alabama after allegedly flashing at drivers on the highway. The booking report, which was Us found that she was charged with two offenses.
While Kelley originally had a court date for Thursday, April 11, Page Six has since announced that the hearing has been postponed until April 25. (Neither Grace nor her 59-year-old mother Judd have commented on the allegations or the alleged incident.)

Grace is the daughter of Judd and her ex-husband, Arch Kelley IIIJudd and Arch, who were married from 1996 to 1998, also have a son together, Elijah (29).
Grace was previously arrested for drug offenses in 2016. In May 2017, she pleaded guilty to manufacturing, delivering, selling and possessing meth with intent. Grace was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in prison, but the sentence was later reduced to 30 days. She was also ordered to complete a drug program and serve the remainder of her sentence on probation.

Grace was arrested two months later for violating her probation and was eventually granted probation and supervised parole in 2021. She was arrested again in May 2023 for violating a protection order and a restraining order. Grace was released in October 2023.

Grace is the mother of Kaliyah Chanel, who was born in April 2022. Judd is an active part of her granddaughter’s life.
“She is 6 months old and doesn’t speak yet, but she sees through me.” Judd said Today in October 2022. “She gives me hope. … (Grandchildren) give you something to think about other than yourself. Because so much of what we do is about ourselves, so it’s nice to be around her because she doesn’t care what I look like.”
