Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley appeared sullen in a mug shot released Monday, less than two weeks after she was arrested in connection with numerous traffic violations.

Kelley, 28, was arrested in Georgia on August 3 and is charged with the following misdemeanors: fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, driving on a suspended/revoked license and improper use of motorcycle equipment, according to Carroll County Detention Center records.

In her mug shot, the normally dark-haired woman showed a short, platinum blonde pixie cut and a sullen expression.

Police records obtained by ET show that Kelley was booked into the Carroll County Jail and released a day later on $2,750 bail.

Kelley’s most recent arrest comes about four months after her arrest for prostitution and public nuisance charges.

Her latest arrest and indictment comes after she was charged with public nuisance, obstruction of government operations and prostitution in Alabama in April.

The single mother exposed “her breasts and lower body” on a busy Alabama highway, leading to her being charged with solicitation of prostitution. Her bail was set at $2,000 before being increased to $2,500 on April 17.

Millbrook Police Chief PK Johnson exclusively told DailyMail.com after her arrest in April that she was only partially clothed and holding a sign that read “A ride for a ride,” which was the basis for the charge of soliciting prostitution.

He told us, “We responded to two calls about her. The first was when she was observed in the area of stores on Highway 14 near Murphy Oil at Walmart. She had a sign up that said ‘One Ride for One Ride.’

“And when she contacted our officers, she discussed with them the legality of what she was doing. And that it was not illegal to offer rides.”

The prostitution charge was later dropped and the public nuisance charge was reduced to public indecency, the Daily News reports.

Local news station WSFA reported that Kelley pleaded guilty to both remaining counts.

The public indecency charge earned her a $200 fine and 90 days probation. The other charge resulted in a 60-day jail sentence. She was released from prison on May 23.

Grace is the daughter of country superstar Wynonna, 60, and her first husband Arch Kelley III. They also have 29-year-old son Elijah.

These were not Kelley’s first arrests. Six years ago, in 2017, she pleaded guilty to manufacturing, delivering and selling methamphetamine.

After leaving a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program, she was sentenced to eight years in prison and served her sentence at the Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

However, she was released on parole in 2019, but has since been in and out of prison for drug offenses.

While on temporary leave from prison in March 2022, she gave birth to Kaliyah. It was reported that Wynonna took care of the toddler.

The troubled 28-year-old was arrested again earlier this week, four months after her arrest for prostitution and causing a public nuisance.

In 2023, she served a five-month sentence in the Putnam County Jail in Tennessee after being arrested in May of that year for violating her probation and a protection order.

She was released from prison in December 2022, but was rearrested on May 1, 2023, on charges of violating a restraining order and the terms of her probation.

Despite her daughter’s serious legal problems, Wynonna called her the “strongest Judd woman” on “The Pursuit!” with John Rich in 2020.

“I’ll tell you this. My daughter is the strongest Judd woman in our ‘herstory,'” Wynonna told Rich.
