Four months earlier, on April 5, Kelley was arrested in Alabama for causing a public nuisance and obstructing government operations, local news portal AL.com reported.

A week later, on April 11, Kelley was charged again. She reportedly exposed “her breasts and lower body” on a busy Alabama highway and was charged with solicitation of prostitution. Her bail was set at $2,000 before being increased to $2,500 on April 17.

The charge against Kelley for soliciting prostitution was dropped and the charge for causing a public nuisance was reduced to public indecency, according to The daily news.

Local news station WSFA reported that she pleaded guilty to the two remaining charges of public indecency and obstruction of governmental functions. The first charge fined her $200 and her 90-day jail sentence was suspended. The other charge earned her 60 days in jail. She was released on May 23.

These weren’t Kelley’s first run-ins with the law. Six years earlier, Kelley was sentenced to eight years in prison. She was arrested for meth possession in 2016 and violated her probation by leaving a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program.

At that time, Kelley was also granted a temporary leave of absence in March 2022 when she gave birth to her baby daughter, Kaliyah Chanel.
