You can now take the world’s longest flight without leaving your home

If you’re dying to book your next flight but don’t have a trip planned, don’t worry.

You can now run Rawdog from the comfort of your living room.

Yes, the viral travel trend has evolved into something you can actually do from home, and while it’s probably not quite as radical, it’s a pretty good second option.

If you have never heard of rawdogging, let us first explain that it is not what you think.

We also recommend *not* looking it up on Urban Dictionary, as you may find something entirely different.

“Rawdogging” is a new travel trend in which people without any employment opportunities embark on long-haul flights armed.

Most of us like to immerse ourselves in a book, several films or at least music during the flight.

But if you take a flight without alcohol, you are not allowed to have any of it, not even water.

Some people also suggest wearing jeans because sweatpants, leggings or shorts (basically anything that is really comfortable) are way too much of a luxury.

In recent times, rawdogging has found its way from heaven into our everyday lives here on earth.

For example, at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, an athlete even won a competition using brute force, which was quite impressive.

Now someone has developed a “Rawdog Simulator” that lets you pretend you’re on a real flight for several hours while staring at the seat (or screen) in front of you.

Just like real rawdogging, the basic idea is that you must not have anything that bothers you.

The developers tell “passengers” to “fasten their seat belts. Get ready. Survive the flight and put your wits to the test with Rawdog Flight Simulator.”

And according to the website, the simulator actually uses a facial tracking tool to ensure there is no cheating.

This is pretty intense, to be honest.

People were quite surprised by the game and many discussed it on Reddit and social media.

One person wrote: “Why does this even exist?”

Another joked: “I stare at a wall for eight hours to prove what a great man I am.”

And a third added: “I spit out my coffee as I scrolled past this.”

Others, however, said they were a little put off by the camera element.

You wrote: “Interesting, but I can’t handle the camera requirement.”

And another said: “Yep, that’s where I’m out.”
